PestShield Shipping Policy

Welcome to PestShield! We are committed to making sure your order arrives quickly and safely. Below are the details of our shipping process, delivery times, and support options.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout to best fit your needs. Standard and expedited options, along with their respective flat rates or promotional free shipping thresholds, will be calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 8–12 hours for tracking updates to populate and appear in the carrier's system.

Missing or Delayed Packages

If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, or if the tracking information shows delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us immediately at pestshieldsupport@gmail.com with your order number. We will gladly investigate and help resolve the issue.
