PestShield Return & Refund Policy

At PestShield, your satisfaction matters to us. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your physical items to request a return.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at pestshieldsupport@gmail.com. If your request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Used pest control equipment or applied products

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (such as certain chemical sprays or treatments)

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU Customers – 30-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
